Special thanks to Gen for all here help on setting this up.
Driving from Denver to Vegas by yourself with no radio gives you a lot of time to think.
I think it might be one of the only times in my life where i have driven under the speed limit for the entire trip.
What am I in a hurry for?
The weather was some of the weirdest I've ever seen.
Torrential downpours, Snow flurries,
Dense fog, High winds, and perfect conditions rotating each at lease 3 times per hour for most of the way.
I left at 6pm last night and made it to Mesquite at about 5:30am. Stayed the night-$40 for 6 hours of sleep. Totally worth it.
The lady at the front desk looked quite strikingly like the land lady in King Pin who Woody slept with to pay the rent.
Her nails were 3/4 inch long (natural) with about 14 years of dirt and cig tar.
I'll probably start a hotel review. To be positive, that place was a step above the Wild Wild West.
I just checked in to the MGM. One of my favorite places in Vegas.
Im starving, maybe i'll get some truffled mac and cheese…then i really have to get to work.
Start right what you want to finish right.

Nice first entry!
Eric misses you so much, he's been puking all day. I placed a picture of you at his bedside, he seems comforted for now.
Ok...seriously, "seak" you gotta correct (unless you meant to conjure up an image of soap).
May your first night of fortune seeking be gloriously auspicious!
